Europe

Old buildings, new memories, and at least one train you definitely missed. Europe rewards the curious — and the ones who packed light.

Asia

You came for the temples. You stayed for the street food. You're already planning your return before you've even left.

North America

Bigger than it looks on the map, better than it sounds on the news. Pack snacks — the drives are long but worth every mile.

South America

Came for the carnival in Rio. Got hypnotized by the beaches. Somehow ended up in the calmest, most underrated country in Uruguay going "wait, why doesn't everyone talk about this place?" No regrets, zero plans to stop.

Africa

Got lost in the medinas of Morocco, floated down the Nile in Egypt, sipped tea in Tunisia, and somehow ended up on a paradise island in Mauritius going "how is this all the same continent?" Africa contains multitudes — and I'm just getting started.

Central America and Caribbean

Volcanoes on one side, rum cocktails on the other. Central America and the Caribbean somehow packed jungle adventures AND paradise beaches into the same neighborhood. Overachievers.

About me

Welcome to Jet Lag Jelly — where time zones are a suggestion and sleep is optional.

I’m a travel-obsessed wanderer who’s managed to collect passport stamps like they’re Pokémon (currently at 71 countries and counting). Somewhere between missed flights, questionable airport meals, and sunrise views I swore I’d “never stay up for again,” I realized something: I’d rather be jet lagged than stationary.

This blog is my way of turning that beautiful chaos into stories — the good, the messy, the hilarious, and the “why did I think this was a good idea at 3 a.m. in a foreign bus terminal” kind.

The mission? Simple: 100 countries minimum.

(After that, I reassess, panic a little, then probably book another flight.)

Expect stories, tips, odd encounters, and the occasional existential crisis brought on by overnight trains and too much airport coffee. Whether you’re a fellow passport stamp collector or just here to enjoy the ride from your couch — welcome aboard.

Fasten your seatbelt. Or don’t. I rarely do.
